Welcome to Wow Trivandrum. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

To secure a booking, guests must complete the booking enquiry on our website.

Because we do not process direct payments online, a booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received via UPI QR code or bank transfer, and a formal confirmation message is sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required to secure and confirm your tour slot.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or cash (by prior arrangement only).

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). A 5% GST will be added to the final booking total.

3. Guest Conduct and Safety

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, drivers, guides and fellow travellers, as well as local communities and heritage sites.

We reserve the right to terminate a tour for any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or illegal, without any obligation to provide a refund.

Guests must comply with local dress codes or behavioural guidelines when visiting religious or heritage sites during the tour.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wow Trivandrum acts solely as a tour operator. While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety and vehicle maintenance, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, illness, delay or damage to personal property sustained during the tour.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for that specific tour.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
