At Wow Trivandrum, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy balances flexibility for our guests with the operational commitments we make to our drivers and guides.

1. Guest Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 100% full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable, as vehicle and guide resources have already been dedicated to your booking.

2. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your tour free of charge, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance of the tour start time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the tour cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Rescheduling is subject to vehicle and guide availability on the requested alternative date.

3. Operator Cancellations (Force Majeure)

On rare occasions, Wow Trivandrum may need to cancel or alter a tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather events, sudden closures of historical/heritage sites, strikes or unexpected mechanical issues with a vehicle.

In the event that we must cancel your tour, you will be offered the choice of:

* A 100% full refund of the amount paid.

* A free modification/rescheduling to an alternative date or tour of equal value.

Wow Trivandrum is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses (such as hotel or flight costs) incurred as a result of a canceled tour.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To request a cancellation or change to your booking, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp with your booking details. Refunds will be processed back to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
